Collagen

Collagen is a natural protein that makes up about 30% of our body mass. It is responsible for skin firmness, elasticity, proper moisture and constant renovation of skin cells. It is also important for elasticity and strength in muscles, tendons, ligaments and cartilage. Collagen is a connection between blood and cells; it delivers oxygen and important nutrients to our cells keeping them alive and healthy.

Unfortunately the natural production of collagen slows down with age, more or less from 25 years of age. Visible effects of that can be noticed in our skin (wrinkles, fine lines, dry skin, etc.).

For many years, the laboratories of the leading cosmetics firms, searched for a form of biologically active collagen that could penetrate the protective barrier of the skin’s epidermis, building a network of protein scaffolds to strengthen the skin.

Huge sums were spent on biological engineering, so that something under the name “collagen” could be found within cosmetics. This was beyond the fibrils used to cut back on wrinkles, or “carrion peptides” obtained from veal necks, whose hydrolytes were added to creams and elixirs.

This research did not fulfill expectations. Bovine collagen does not make its way through the epidermis, it is biologically dead and is suspected of transmitting BSE. By the end of the 20th century it had lost its good reputation among cosmetologists.

What is Natural Collagen?

Natural Collagen is a protein present in the skin of freshwater fish which has been extracted at its molecular stage.

It is a great discovery of Polish biochemistry – a biologically active tertiary collagen which posesses an intact structure of a triple helix (exactly the same as it was on a living fish).

It is a hydrate – a gel of an extremely high value, as it is the only “live” protein product in the world of cosmetology which is able to penetrate the epidermis and stimulate existing cells to produce our own body collagen.

As opposed to commonly known cosmetic products which only mask the effects, Natural Collagen targets the CAUSE of skin ageing – collagen deficiency.

This entirely natural preparation, without any colouring and aromatic additives, is a unique product containing several times higher quantity of pure collagen than the most expensive cosmetic products in the world.

Regular use of Natural Collagen ensures:Natural Collagen

  • deep skin moisturization and toning
  • delaying the ageing process
  • clearly improved skin immunology, compactness and pigmentation
  • smoothing mimic wrinkles
  • smoothing scars, stretch marks and scalded skin
  • allergic skin care and smoothing juvenile acne skin scars
  • hair and nail regeneration

In order to preserve its biological activity Natural Collagen needs to be kept in sterile conditions (hence the sterile glass bottle with a pump) and at room temperature between 5-28°C.

It is non-allergic, non-irritating and non-addictive to the skin; it doesn’t cause any side effects. It is recommended for everyone, regardless what age: women, men, and even children.
